Terms of Service

AdsGuardian is a Google Ads account-guarding and audit platform: it monitors connected advertising accounts (spend anomalies, CPA, impression share, quality score, RSA strength, search-term hygiene) and produces findings, recommendations and weekly summaries. Findings and recommendations are DECISION-SUPPORT in nature; the user or the account manager is responsible for any changes made in the advertising accounts.

By default the service accesses Google Ads accounts with READ-ONLY permissions.

Sign-in is via a Google account; access is currently invite-only (allow-listed email addresses). The user is responsible for their account and for keeping their access secure.

The service is currently free of charge, invite-only / agency use — there is no paid plan. If paid plans are introduced, these terms will be extended with payment, billing-currency (EUR) and cancellation sections, and we will notify you in advance.

The user is responsible for having the appropriate authorisation for the connected Google Ads accounts (own accounts or accounts under agency management). Unlawful, deceptive or Google-policy-violating use of the service is prohibited.

The right to use generated reports and recommendations belongs to the user. The platform, code, rule engine and brand belong to the operator.

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to the accuracy of automated analyses or the business results of decisions based on them, nor for outages caused by Google Ads API availability.

These terms may change; we will notify you. The service is provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (United Kingdom); the laws of the United Kingdom govern this agreement. Consumers in the EU retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence.
