Account data: name and email (from Google sign-in), profile image.

Google Ads account data: performance and structure data of the advertising accounts connected to the service (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, spend and conversion metrics) — via the Google Ads API with READ-ONLY access. This is primarily business data; personal data may appear in it at most indirectly (e.g. inside a search term).

Contact data: the name, email, company and message submitted on the contact form.

Technical data: IP address, browser/device data, server logs — for the security of the service and debugging.

Product-usage data: sign-ins, report runs and funnel steps of your journey (UTM source, referrer) — for product improvement, in a data-minimising (PII-minimised) form.

Providing the service — monitoring the connected Google Ads accounts, generating findings and recommendations (performance of contract / legitimate interest within the agency engagement).

Security of the service, abuse prevention and debugging (legitimate interest).

Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity via Google Tag Manager) — only with your consent (Consent Mode v2, denied by default).

Responding to contact requests (steps taken at your request).

Google (OAuth sign-in and the Google Ads API — the source of the advertising data), Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN/security), and — with consent — Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity — heatmaps and session analytics; typed input is masked by default). Each acts under its own privacy policy.

We currently use no payment provider — the service has no paid plan. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Account and audit data are kept while your account exists or for the duration of the agency engagement. On account deletion, data is deleted except where retention is legally required. When a connected Google Ads account is disconnected, its synced data can be deleted on request.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to [email protected] — response within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK: ICO; in the EU, your local authority).
